How Timbercrest Digital uses data

We collect lightweight analytics to improve the site and review how visitors interact with our pages. If you submit a form, we use that information to follow up about services. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

  • Page views, device/browser info, and on-page interactions through Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Session replay and event tracking through Microsoft Clarity to understand usability issues.
  • Form submission details you provide (name, email, phone, project info) to respond via our CRM.

How we use it

  • Improve site performance, content, and user experience.
  • Measure marketing effectiveness and understand which pages are most helpful.
  • Respond to inquiries and manage projects inside our CRM.

We do not sell personal data.

Controls and choices

  • You can disable cookies or use browser privacy settings/extensions to limit analytics tracking.
  • To avoid session recording, block the Clarity domain (clarity.ms) in your browser/privacy tools.
  • If you submit a form and want your details removed from our CRM, email ryan@timbercrestdigital.com.

Data retention

Analytics data is stored per GA4 and Clarity defaults. Form submissions are retained in our CRM while we work with you or until you ask us to remove them.
